We ate breakfast at the Delicious Monster, just above the Wood N Spoon where we ate last night. It had an incredible view of Second Beach.
We spent the day at the beach, enjoying some ciders and catching up on our tans. We bought some shell necklaces from an enthusiastic local named David who makes them in his spare time.
Afterwards we drove the most dodgy roads yet to get to Coffee Bay. At one point we weren't even on a proper dirt path, we were just driving on the grass on a hill in the general direction that our GPS was leading us. Crazy Lily and her insane recommended routes...
We made it to Coffee Bay and the Sugarloaf Backpackers safe-and-sound and just in time for a very tasty dinner. We got a chance to meet some of the staff and other guests in the bar (it seems most people end up staying here longer than planned, sometimes weeks and months more).
