Drove in the morning, and heard loud noises in the distance. We believe it was an argument between lions and elephants, as we watched a documentary on lions later that day and recognized the deep familiar roars immediately. Too bad we could not see it, but it was still very impressive!
We took the rest of the day off "game viewing" to check emails, update the journal and do some laundry.
We went for another drive at 4pm and saw lots of animals.
We went to bed super early as we booked a morning walk for the next day at 5:15am. We didn't sleep very well as the wind was very strong and we felt like the tent was going to be blown away.
